I switched to another ISP from sbcglobal.net, so I set up a Yahoo account to catch all my incoming mail to the old account, but I am not getting any mail at the Yahoo account.

I had that problem when I went from a sbcglobal account to a free yahoo account. I never got it solved and never got any help from tech support. Try to call them and see if you can get any help from them. For some reason it has never worked for me despite many efforts.
